If the Client plans to shorten their trip they must give WIGGLY & CO a minimum of 12 hours’ notice. Trips that are shortened by Clients will not be refunded. If the Client cancels their trip entirely a R250 handling fee will apply for all notifications less than 14 days prior to scheduled sits.
Yes, we do require a deposit for all sits that are 7 days or longer. 50% deposit is required upfront and then 50% on completion of the job.
Yes, we do require doing a Meet and Greet. This allows us to introduce ourselves as well as get to know you and your Fur babies. This is the opportunity to discuss all requirements that you may have.
No! No client is required to supply food or meals to sitters unless otherwise organized.
